We listen, act, and transform
I am an Inclusive and Equity-Driven Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience providing compassionate, culturally responsive care to individuals, couples, and families. My passion lies in navigating the complex intersections of mental health, trauma, substance use, and systemic barriers so individuals can live to their highest potential.
I offer individual, couples, and family therapy via telehealth therapy where I create a safe, affirming, and culturally aware space for clients to explore healing and growth. My therapeutic focus is based in trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy, just to name a few, in order to honor each client’s unique experience.
A central thread across all of my work is a deep commitment to reducing stigma around mental health and expanding access to care, especially for historically marginalized populations. I strive to meet clients and communities with humility, cultural curiosity, and unwavering respect—because healing happens when people feel seen, heard, and valued.
Throughout my career, I have worked alongside clients from diverse racial, cultural, gender, and socioeconomic backgrounds—many of whom face multiple, compounding challenges in accessing services. My number one mission has always been to create more equitable, inclusive, and trauma-informed systems by training others and creating healing environments that are culturally responsive in their practice, advocating for accessible mental health services, and working to dismantle stigma and bias within the behavioral health field. I believe that effective treatment begins with honoring each person’s lived experience and ensuring every voice is heard—especially those historically marginalized or underserved.
